I never heard of Zara home until I went to Madrid and I was so impressed with the store. It was well styled and unique, I would describe it as Eastern Vintage Glamour.  It didnt feel like a over modern or mass produced but looking at the reasonable prices you would think other wise. Anyway I had to get myself a souvenir that I could carry in my suitcase. So I went for something that will get a lot of use in my home. 

They were 2.99euros each and they are really cute. I am thinking of starting a eclectic collection of knives and forks of all different styles inspired by this new cutlery trend. 


And heres Zara Home's Spring/Summer 11 collection, which they describe as "Ethnic, Exotic and Exclusive". 

 I wanted this mustard and cream rug (above), but could not carry it home and Its not on the website! :(
