blog makeover

  So I'm trying to develop my blog which I am really getting into. There are so many options its hard to know what to do with it all but I'm taking it slow and trying not to over do it. So for those who have popped round before, this is my new look! And for all those first timers Welcome to the C.C. Homemaker blog. 
  The character you see in the banner will be my alter-ego brand C.C. Homemaker. The concept of her is someone who loves her home, likes to look after it, fill it with pretty resourceful things and entertain her friends and family with in it. 
  I knew I wanted a 50s/60s feel to my blog and love the retro block-colour animation look. But I didn't have the skills to recreate it my self.  Then I remember playing with the Madmen Yourself game last year which allows you to create a character and set it to various backgrounds to create profile pics and desktop backgrounds.
